Why Virtual Tours are the Landlord's best friend...

So let’s start with an observation, the kind Captain Obvious would be proud of:

‘The advent of mobile technology has made society more accustomed to convenience.’

Great. How lucky you are to be reading something so profound. It’s not quite Plato but the importance of this simple statement hides in plain sight, especially during a national lockdown. There is now a huge imperative for property owners to market their investments virtually. Not only does society possess a greater inclination to find more accommodating homes from the living room, but with national restrictions in place it now has the obligation to.

 

At present, the property market is attempting with generous scoops of success to navigate itself though the grip of a global pandemic. The appetite for new homes has certainly not diminished, in fact in many respects there’s now a clear escalation. We’re all starting to be realised that good health, social cohesion and being just a doorbell away from friends and family isn’t quite as secure as we once thought.
